Select an existing role in role management to modify or create a new role under "General" to access the SmartForm and Registers permissions.

(If you cannot access role management then contact your system administrator)

  1. SmartForm Management - Select this permission to give access to SmartForms
  2. Select the applicable permissions for 
    1. C - creating smartforms
    2. R - reading smartforms
    3. U - updating smartforms
    4. D - deleting smartforms
  3. Registers - There are two types of permissions here.
    1. Form Responses (Registers) - This gives you access to all the responses filled out in all your SmartForms
    2. Form Responses (Registers) - Manage own only - This only gives you access to the responses you have filled out yourself.
  4. Select the applicable permissions for 3.1 or 3.2
    1. C - creating smartforms
    2. R - reading smartforms
    3. U - updating smartforms
    4. D - deleting smartforms

NOTE: These permissions only apply to the web as there are mobile app specific permissions that relate to SmartForms and registers as you can see at the bottom of the screenshot.
