When adding an incident on the app/web the location drop down can show all the locations for your organisation if the Show all locations is set to ON. 

If the "Show all locations" setting is set to OFF then the person reporting the incident will only see the locations that they are assigned. (See User Region Management, See Edit User Profile)

  1. Click on Settings
  2. Click on Incident
  3. Click on General
  4. Choose the appropriate setting for "Show all locations" by setting the switch to ON/OFF
