For any Incident with a 'Moderate' (Level 2) rating or higher, additional areas for information will appear on the main incident screen. These sections allow for details of the Response and Investigation of the Incident to be recorded.

To add Response or Investigation Details, click on the Edit Response or Edit Investigation button in the Incident View.

Note when answering the questions in these sections:

When answering the questions in the section with "yes" ensure that you check the answer box. 

Once you have completed the Investigation section, the Team name and any Linked Processes you have keyed in will appear as a hyperlink.

Any supporting documentation you wish to add can be uploaded in the Supporting Documentation and Evidence tabs. Note that any information sent to the incident-specific email address will also show directly in this area.
