These are pre-loaded in the system to reflect the geographical regions of New Zealand. Should your organisation use broader or more granular region definitions, these can be added here.

Region settings have the following elements in common;

  1. Name: The name of the region
  2. Description: A description of the region (optional).
  3. Sort Order: The order that the region will appear in the region drop down lists throughout the system.

NB: You can only add or edit regions, you cannot delete them.

To add a region. fill in the fields below and click the ‘Add’ button.

To edit a region, click the “Edit Pencil’ Icon and make the changes to the region, then click ‘Save Item’.
