These departments will appear in the ‘Departments’ Drop down when editing a users’ profile. Once added, these cannot be removed from the system, but can be edited.

To add a Department;

  1. Type the department name in the Name field.
  2. Click the ‘Add’ button.

 

To edit a Department name;

  1. Click the Edit icon to the right of the department name.
  2. Alter the name in the Name field.
  3. Click the ‘Save’ button.
