The Incident Log provides you with a complete list of all incidents showing their status. From the incident log, you can click directly through to the incident. Incidents can be sorted and filtered according to search criteria specified by you.
The Incident Log can be accessed in in two ways - either from the menu on the side bar Incident>Log or by clicking Log from the Your Health & Safety Services menu under Incident Management.
The incidents are sorted by default into date order. Some columns can be clicked on to reverse the order of the sort.
Each column can be filtered by a variety of criteria depending on the column type.
To filter, type your filter criteria into the cell beside the filter icon. Click on the filter icon and select the filter criteria.
To view an Incident, click on the blue hyperlink.
