After you have completed your field audits and any corrective actions you were given the field auditor will let BraveGen know.

BraveGen will then review the information your submitted in the Step 2. Desktop audit and contact you by email if anything needs clarifying.

Following that, you will be sent a congratulations email, your company will appear in the Safetree Certified Contractor Register on the Safetree website and you will receive a certificate in the mail a few days later.

Maintaining your certification

To maintain your certified status you must keep your information in BraveGen up to date and the field audits must be renewed every two years.

To help with this, BraveGen will email you when your insurance or accreditations are about to expire, when you need to update your statistics and when it is time to do your field audits again.
