To use BraveGen, you will need an internet connection and a supported web browser. Find out the web browser, system settings and software you'll need to use BraveGen. If you have a technical issue, check these support pages to see if they answer your question.

Supported web browsers

You'll need to use a supported web browser to log in to BraveGen. Use the latest version of one of these browsers

  • Google Chrome
  • Internet Explorer (IE) 11
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari 8 or later

We don't support any beta versions of these browsers or alternative open source builds of them.

Make sure that cookies and JavaScript are enabled in your browser.

If cookies aren't enabled in your browser, you'll need to accept them when you log in. You'll only have to do this once for this browser (unless your computer is on a company network that doesn't allow cookies and your browser settings are regularly reset).

Using BraveGen on your mobile device

You can log in to BraveGen using your web browser on your mobile device. Some zooming may be required.

BraveGen will work on most devices and you'll get best results with the latest version of Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Opera Mini.

Software needed to export BraveGen reports

Check that you have the right software to export BraveGen reports. You can export to PDF, DOC, DOCX, and the XLS and XLSX formats.

BraveGen reports in PDF

You can export BraveGen reports to PDF. We recommend you use Adobe Reader 6 or above to view PDFs.

BraveGen reports in Word

Some reports can be exported to DOCX. You will need MS Word or other compatible software installed.

BraveGen reports in Excel

Old-style reports are exported to XLS, and new-style reports are exported to XLSX. If your version of MS Excel is older than 2007, you'll need to install a compatibility pack to export new-style reports.
