Archiving a permit effectively takes it out of circulation in the BraveGen system.

Once a permit is archived it:

  1. does not appear in reports, dashboards and statistics
  2. does not appear in search listings
  3. does not appear on maps
  4. does not appear in lists like the permit log
  5. does not appear in projects
  6. all notifications related to actions, expiry and other attributes cease

You should consider setting the permit status to reflect what happened to this permit if you have not done already. E.g. it was surrendered, superceded or it expired.
